Registration Information: When you join the Marketplace or the Admin Portal, we collect your username and your role.

Activity Data: We keep a detailed activity log on the Admin Portal (Audit Trail) for security, including the time of a change, the user who made it, and the type of action taken.

Cookies and Sessions: We use encrypted session cookies so you stay signed in securely while moving between community subdomains (Marketplace, Streamer Hub and Admin Portal).

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used only for internal community purposes, including:

• Verifying identity and keeping master and admin access facilities secure.
• Showing your Roblox profile or status in the community Roster or Leaderboard if you give permission or the data is public.
• Improving the visitor experience on the website.

3. Information Sharing (Data Sharing)

We NEVER sell, rent or trade your personal data with any third party. Your data stays confidential inside our community database.

4. System Security

We apply strict protections (such as limited session authentication and Role-Based Access Control) to protect community data from illegal access or hacking. Admin access controls are locked at the backend, so ordinary users cannot reach them.

5. User Rights

If you are a registered member or admin and want your account or identity removed from our database or from the Roster, you can contact the Command Roster (Master) through the official N1GHTREIGN Discord server.
